Fiona is the owner and manager of Crazy Capers, she finds joy and reward in working with children, seeing them grow and develop. Fiona has worked in social care industries for over 20 years. She has studied for the qualifications HNC social care, SVQ2 Early years and Education, HNC childcare and education, SVQ4 management and SVQ4 childcare learning and development she is currently studying towards SVQ5 management and PDA 9 in childhood practice.

Des is Fiona’s partner and runs his own computing consulting company. He is available daily in our office to assist with IT, staffing issues and answer any general enquires.

Tracey joined our team on 24/11/14. She has a vast experience and knowledge of different childcare environments and strives to ensure that the services she runs meets the highest possible standards.

Nicky has been working as a play carer within our team since January 2011. She has several years’ experience working in out of school care services and brings a great knowledge of arts and crafts ideas to our service for the children to enjoy. Nicky currently holds SVQ2 and SVQ3.

Irene previously worked with us in our service in Howwod however has returned to work in Crazy Capers langcraigs. Irene holds SVQ2 and SVQ3in playwork and would like to work towards the new svq3 qualification in social services children and young people.
