In recent years there have been more occasions when the closure of the schools has been required due to bad weather or other reasons. If weather or other reasons causes a school to close we will try and seek alternative accomodation.

NOTICE TO ALL PARENTS/CARERS

As indicated in our Terms & Conditions, when services are closed this decision is not taken lightly. In exceptional circumstances the decision to close is not ours and is due to School Lets being cancelled. We work proactively for parents to find alternative venues to offer emergency care and we ask for parents support while we put these emergency procedures in place.

To clarify, long term closure means that we will refund for services if we are closed for more than 5 days in any given month. Until this time we will charge parents full amount.
